NHS Dumfries and Galloway held a Celebrating Excellence Awards event at Easterbrook Hall on Friday. Two hundred and sixty people attended.
Communication and assistance with the organisation and delivery of the event from the management team was very good and staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The dinner on the evening was of a high standard and met all expectations. The venue itself is an excellent facility and would be hard to improve upon both from an internal and grounds perspective.
Margo Christie - NHS D&G
"Grand inside and green outside – Easterbrook is such a fantastic venue which offers flexibility for all types and size of functions. This year alone UWS has hosted public lectures in Duncan Rooms, organised events for schools utilising the main hall and breakout rooms, celebrated graduations and held a sports day and BBQ on the lawn and not to mention the dinners and charity events (too many to mention!) we’ve attended throughout the year! Each time, we’ve been very well looked after by the friendly and professional team at Easterbrook and it’s great to have such a high quality facility right here on the campus."
Caroline Bell, Marketing Manager, University of the West of Scotland (UWS)
"Easterbrook Hall is our choice of venue for a range of events. Most recently, a launch of the partnership working of NHS Dumfries and Galloway and High Wood Health was a great success. The staff could not have done better for us. Top marks to a great team."
Kirsten Moffat – Communication and Engagement Officer – ASRP/DCE (National Health Service)
