"I have always cooked. From my early days cooking with my mother, I left school to work long hours in a local hotel. Those days we had to work split shifts, which was a real pain. Having attended college on a part time basis I gained my qualifications and quickly moved on to try different jobs. I arrived in banqueting in my early twenties, developing a passion for quality in numbers. I love the challenge of making a restaurant recipe work for numbers, adapting it and tweaking it until it produces the end result that I was looking for. Three years ago I came to Easterbrook Hall and during this time I have refreshed all the menus, produced new ideas and now develop all of our products in-house. Not only do I believe that we now have an excellent product at Easterbrook, I feel we are the market leaders. Why copy when you can lead the way? I’m passionate about presentation and new developments, I never sit still, I’m always looking for new ideas and trends, much to the teams delight!
