My passion for work and cooking is central to my personality. I have over 20 years experience in the catering industry, working in some of Scotland’s top hotels. I spent 2 years at the Craigendarroch hotel under head chef Joe Queen and 5 years in Glasgow at one Devonshire gardens (with Andrew Farlie) and Gleddocch house hotel (with Brian Graham) to name just three. For me, my goal here at Easterbrook is to bring elements of fine dining for any number, and offer it at a reasonable price.''
