– Staging
– Hearing loop

We also provide delegate notepads & pens and an emergency stationery box, just in case!  If you have any further equipment needs, we work with a local professional audio visual company and can source items for you.

Flexible conference, training & break out space

Bright, airy and flexible, the Duncan Rooms make perfect reception rooms particularly because they can divide by movable walls into smaller intimate rooms. Duncan Room 4 makes an excellent option for a civil ceremony or as a lounge to enjoy coffee whilst the Terrace provides a wonderful outdoor ceremony venue or stylish space to drink and dine.

Easterbrook Hall - Gilchrist RoomGilchrist Room

Perfect for conference, meeting, training, break out and dining space

The Gilchrist Room is found to the right of the Main Hall and is accessible from its own entrance or via the Hall itself. The Gilchrist room makes an excellent conference and meeting room which works particularly well for on screen projection due to the lighting and facilities within the room.

Easterbrook Hall - Main HallMain Hall

Perfect for main conference room, exhibition, formal dining, award ceremonies, presentations

As the most noted art deco style room within the building, the main hall is an impressive space which makes it very popular for conferences for 180+ as well as creative exhibition, corporate dining and networking space. For some larger events, you may wish to consider using the stage or platforming to create more height and presence for your speakers. The Main Hall is fully equipped with its own stage lighting and sound system.
