The events management team are experienced in dealing with a variety of business events from local meetings through to national conferences. With this in mind, we can walk you through your event and provide as much support as you require in the run up to your event and also on the day. You can be sure that on the day of your event, your dedicated event manager will be there to meet you and ensure your room and requirements are exactly right. We also guarantee that our receptionist will be at the front desk through out the duration of your event to act as a point of contact for delegates arriving and also to action any further requests you may have on the day.
To ensure you receive the best service possible, we make the following guarantees:
- To respond to your enquiry within 8 hours or receive one free delegate space for every day your details are late
- All booked meeting rooms are set at least 30 minutes prior to your arrival or you don’t pay the room hire
- Onsite AV assistance will be available on request or you get free equipment hire
- All meals and breaks will be delivered on time and as per you ordered or you will receive a 50% discount from your food bill
