Open Day
Last Monday I visited Braehead Food’s open day. This was a fantastic day out, albeit the drive up in that rain was dreadful!
I watched Steven Doherty’s cooking demonstration, which was great. He gave clear and concise instructions, with some wonderful samples to taste, and it was great to chat to Steven afterwards. The tour of the game processing plant was very interesting and informative. The insight of the warehouse to view the different products guided by Gavin (warehouse manager) was very much appreciated. It was great to see the suppliers and even more interesting products, especially the fruit flavoured chocolates! Let's hope Braehead stock some of them! Lunch was delicious and it was finally great to meet the faces behind the voices on the phones!
Looking forward to using the new products & creating some new ideas for Easterbrook!
