June Hints and Tips
There are many superstitions which symbolise luck and we have found a few whch we thought were rather unusual!
- Czech newlyweds will have peas thrown at them for luck
- One last look in the mirror will bring a bride lasting luck
- Don't scream if there is a spider on your dress - it's lucky!
- Seeing a rainbow on the way to the ceremony is thought to bring luck
- It is the best man's role to protect the groom from bad luck
(and remember the rings etc!)

For good luck the groom should give a shiny coin to the first person he encounters on his walk to the church (for wealth), and he must never look back before reaching the steps (for a long life-time together).

Yes - apparently rain on the big day is supposed to be lucky however I think sometimes it's comforting to create our own versions of superstitions!
